Today is my niece Maddie's 5th birthday. She had her party at an indoor bouncy house. She is pretty adorable.

Maddy is a born leader. She makes sure everyone knows exactly what they are supposed doing.

Joel's older brothers are twins. Arther, lives in Seattle, and Shane (Maddie's dad and fixer of stuff, now with and new and improved beard) live quite close to us her in Beaverton.

And here are some leaves because.... you know.... leaves....

And guess what?! My lens didn't have to stay at the doctor for very long!
