Left overs from last night:

It was a very nice to wake up to a mostly clean house! The only place that was almost a disaster was the kitchen.... and that was not too unexpected.

I tried some corned beef today at a St. Patty's Day dinner..... I am not too sure about it.

The darker meat was brined by my friends. It was much better then the pinker meat that was store bought. The veggies were the best!
