Jen taught me how to make jam today! We needed to do something with all the raspberries in the fridge.

First, we picked some blackberries to mix in. We needed 8 cups of mashed berries, there weren't enough raspberries.

Why.... why do you have to have such large thorns?

Jen sterilized the jars.

We mashed up the berries.

Then we boiled the berries.

Added tons of sugar!

Boiled for another minute. Then off the stove and into the jars!

I am waiting for the popping noise.....

Mom and Dad made it to our house safe and sound!

Joel and I went to pick raspberries for my mom today. They are her favorite. We picked almost 5lbs of raspberries and almost 4lbs of blueberries. There were some many different kinds of berries at Smith Berry Barn we were to tired to pick them all!

Also, today was free Slurpee Day. It is one of my favorite days of the year. Yes, got a free Slurpee but paid a dollar for the straw......

And I know I didn't fix my watermark yet....

oh and this happened too... Last Sunday I accidentally spilled some of  Artemis' food in the bathroom sink....

I have no words for the fact there are plants growing out of my drain. It is hilarious and horrifying at the same time.....
