Today was a pretty lazy day...not too much interesting to talk about.....

Please note all the cabinet doors and drawers are open. I love him so much.

and I vacuumed the carpet....

I hear it will make me a better skater......

Hi!

For all of you who don't know, I have move to Boise, Idaho. I thought I would spare you living through my move, since you have already seen me move three since 2013..... and that is more moving than anyone needs to vicariously live through.

Joel was hired in Boise to do some coding. I don't really know what he does..... but, that is why we moved.

With the move, won't have to work for a while, at least until I get bored. I am taking the opportunity to be creative. It is a weird transition going from working to not working..... sometimes I don't know what to do with myself.

Anyway, I have planted a little garden on my patio. A little butterfly came to visit, I think it is a kind of skipper, I am still researching, but as always, if you can identify it that would be great!  (if you remember, Dad gave me an old macro lens with a DSLR adapter, it is pretty hard to manually focus on the butterfly because the you have to manually set the aperture on the lens! I haven't done that in years! Thankfully this little one held still for a bit.)

Another day with our piles of snow. The sun did shine and melt some into a yucky-icy mess, that will be awful in the morning since temperatures are going to be as low 14 tonight. Yay!

Joel and I did have a lovely adventure going to the store and to get ice cream!

I found a snow covered shopping cart at my complex! You know I love random shopping carts!

but armed with kitty litter, hopefully we won't fall down the stairs.

Okay, I know I have been slacking again.... I am sorry.... I have been working late and just, I guess being lazy about the things I love..... and having terrible work/life balance.

On the up-side I got my little camera back from the shop! It isn't dead!! Yay!! (The 50D went in for a spa day. I needs a good thorough clean.... since it hasn't been cleaning in the whole time I have owned it....)

AND MOM AND DAD are here to visit!!!!! Yay!!

Dad and I went on a little photo walk tonight. I used my PowerShot. (I need to learn how to use it correctly.... lol)

Oh and Inky is happy she has so many people around to pay attention to her! She is zonked out....

I don't have an April Fool's joke for you... sorry! But I am feeling much better. The Doctor told me a virus is going around that makes people dizzy and nauseous-- not other symptoms-- and it would go a way in a day of so. It went away, but I spent most of the day in bed, sleeping.

You get photos of Inky again. I know you are all disappointed.

It was a beautiful afternoon so I let Inky out on the balcony.
