Okay, I know I have been slacking again.... I am sorry.... I have been working late and just, I guess being lazy about the things I love..... and having terrible work/life balance.

On the up-side I got my little camera back from the shop! It isn't dead!! Yay!! (The 50D went in for a spa day. I needs a good thorough clean.... since it hasn't been cleaning in the whole time I have owned it....)

AND MOM AND DAD are here to visit!!!!! Yay!!

Dad and I went on a little photo walk tonight. I used my PowerShot. (I need to learn how to use it correctly.... lol)

Oh and Inky is happy she has so many people around to pay attention to her! She is zonked out....

I was challenged to a fight today on my way to work. I couldn't really believe it! I just stopped to take this photo:

and out of no where this guy starts going for me!

I am 100% not kidding. This lady bug was super angry! Like the Grouchy Ladybug by Eric Carl..... I kept lunging at me.... I didn't even know ladybugs did that...... So I took its photo a few times and decided to let it go be grouchy on its own. It was the weirdest thing.....

Joel and I had a fun surprise this week. His cousin Chris was in town for a short time! Here is a terrible family photos I took.

Maddy did get all made up for dinner.

Jen and I went over to look at the Nun's Garden today. It was less exciting then I had hoped. But there were still things to see.

This little bug looks so angry!

And the best part was all the bees! (I think I got some good ones of some bumble bees!)

I love May Day. I miss putting little gifts together for the little old ladies that lived across the street. I think I enjoyed ringing their doorbells and running away. I wish I had some one to give a May basket to now.....

Oh well, here is what I saw on my walk this morning.... yes, I went in the morning!

"Oh Hai!" said this slug.

I have never seen a slug sit up and look around like this one!

And there was a ladybug!

I passed by each little flower,

And made a tiny squirrel glower!

I think this is a Douglas squirrel.
