Okay, I know I have been slacking again.... I am sorry.... I have been working late and just, I guess being lazy about the things I love..... and having terrible work/life balance.

On the up-side I got my little camera back from the shop! It isn't dead!! Yay!! (The 50D went in for a spa day. I needs a good thorough clean.... since it hasn't been cleaning in the whole time I have owned it....)

AND MOM AND DAD are here to visit!!!!! Yay!!

Dad and I went on a little photo walk tonight. I used my PowerShot. (I need to learn how to use it correctly.... lol)

Oh and Inky is happy she has so many people around to pay attention to her! She is zonked out....

Have a great night!!

We took a walk along the green belt before Meigan and Carolyn had to fly home.

Part of the Fire Fighters Memorial

Yes,  Joel is that much taller than everyone (Carolyn, Meigan, Brenda, Josie)

Of course no trip to Boise would be complete without a trip to Brenda's house. She also has a cool yard, and flowers, and all sorts of neat stuff!

I feel like this flower is looking back at me......

Brenda also had some young chickens!

She's in the awkward stage.....
And then here sister jumped on my head!

look at Joel's face! He was laughing so hard!

All I have to say is, at least it didn't poop on me, like the last chicken I met in Boise.......

After our adventures, Autumn made us AMAZING BBQ veggies!!

Have a great night!!

I took a long lunch today and went to the park! It was so beautiful!

I got really excited about Trillium! It was blooming all over the place!

The skunk cabbage is also blooming!

There were also these great little purple flowers! I really like them but I don't know what they are!

Okay just a couple more...

Have a great night!!

Today I learned something very important: It is very fun to go on a hike with a six-year-old, they however are not the best companion when you want to take photos. Next time I will give her a camera to use. I would love to see what she sees.

Ha Ha! I will turn her into a tree hugger!
We saw a squirrel and heard an owl. The skunk cabbage is also extra stinky right now! I can't wait to take Maddie out for more nature adventures.

Hope you have a great night!
