(Hooray!! Internet! I am so excited!)

Here is what has been happening! I bet you can't wait to find out.

We moved all the big furniture today!

This guy wasn't much help. I had to prod him out of the way so he wouldn't get stepped on.

Adam almost died walking down the steps! It broke out from under him while he was carrying a chair.

Here is just a start in our new bedroom!

Here is the only casualty from the day (That we know of so far....) It wasn't even from some one lifting it.... a chair sat on it and broke it.....

It was a long and tiring day.  We wouldn't have been able to get it done with out help from Mandy and Shawn!

June 8th 2014

Today was supposed to be full of getting stuff done! We didn't accomplish as much as I wanted too.... oh well, we got some good stuff done.....

Like Joel got a haircut!

We also went all the way to the other side of Portland to go to Ikea..... That place is bonkers! It is like a strange little city all unto itself..... We escaped and for our efforts made only two impulse buys.... a spatula for my dad, (Happy Father's Day Dad! you get a spatula!) and a pack of cutting boards.

We did get these funny key hooks to put our keys on! Dog Butts!!

I got a new desk chair and a desk! Here is Joel putting my new desk together!

Unfortunately, the awesome pink molding was coming apart on one side of the desktop...... Not to worry! I called Super Shane!! He can fix anything! (He is also Joel's older brother.... he live so close to us now!) He also has the tools to fix anything!

While the boys were fixing my desk I got hijacked my niece Maddy. She's pretty cute....

Now if you don't like SPIDERS stop looking at my blog now!!






This is Miss Grouchy Pants! She is a Brazilian Black and White Tarantula. I will probably be photographing here more so just be aware that this can happen.... I will try to warn people....

 This scary hut belongs to Illaghri, the Coasta Rican Zebra Stripe Tarantula. She currently is not taking any visitors at this time.

My day started out not so good....

As I was walking to work in the rain I felt my butt getting hot.... and wet....
My tea cup broke!

I also found another shopping cart. This one belongs to the QFC. The closest QFC is by the Clinic.... I couldn't imaging pushing a shopping cart up and down all the hills....

But then my day got infinitely better! I got a box in the the mail!!

My photog friend Sarah sent me this awesome box. It is full of Cotton!

You see, Sarah lives in Georgia and posted some photos of the cotton fields. I thought they were pretty neat and told her that I had never seen cotton plants in person. So, She sent me some!! She is the coolest!

I have a feeling these Bolls and fluffs need some more photographic exploration with better lighting!

They painted a crosswalk for me!

Okay.... it probably isn't just for me.... it might have something to do with the walking school bus... but still crosswalk!

I would have noticed it sooner but I haven't been walking to work because I had to take care of the dogs. Now everything is back to "normal".

This used to be a big tree.

now is it just a pile of fragrant wood chips.

I found these fuzzy little buds.
