More from the Ballard Locks and the Arboretum.

I was excited to see the lock in action. It was strange how it was interesting and boring at the same time.

All the boats lining up. There were so many!

The lock doors opening.

There was also a sea lion at the locks having a feast. Here is a terrible photo of him.

Also there was a rusty car... you know I can't pass up a chance to photography rusty things!

I read the comments on an article I read today.... I shouldn't have and I normally don't.... The fact that people are so cruel really bothers me..... I am thinking about working on a another photo project.... don't worry this one isn't going anywhere....I still have 817 days left!

Anyway, here is what I saw today:

The petal had fallen off by the time I walked back home.

I don't think he is going to make it.

I wish I could have gotten a bit closer. The duck was just hanging out.....

I loved the way the petals covered the sidewalk.

Did I ever say that I loved old locks.... well I do :)

I took this mid sneeze.... sometimes they just sneak up on you......

I went to the doctor today.... it had valet parking.... it was weird....

I was a little early when I went to pick up Joel, so I walked around by the Pizza Hut.

There are a many abandoned housed around that neighborhood too...

This is/was a hardware store.... through the window... it is still filled with merchandise... totally creepy

There was this safe.... but it didn't seem like it did a very good job of being safe.

Someone got inside through the bottom....

This was the inside of the safe.

Lastly, there is a great produce store near the Pizza Hut too....
