Today is Cinco De Mayo. I have a lot of love for this holiday. I am not sure where is stems from but I have wonderful happy feeling childhood memories about it. Unfortunately, my blog has nothing to do with Cinco De Mayo, tonight.

Adam has these awesome Russian Nesting Dolls his brother brought back from Russia.

 A bumble bee.... someday I will take a decent photo of one. This is my summer goal: Take a good photo of a bumble bee.

I love May Day. I miss putting little gifts together for the little old ladies that lived across the street. I think I enjoyed ringing their doorbells and running away. I wish I had some one to give a May basket to now.....

Oh well, here is what I saw on my walk this morning.... yes, I went in the morning!

"Oh Hai!" said this slug.

I have never seen a slug sit up and look around like this one!

And there was a ladybug!

I passed by each little flower,

And made a tiny squirrel glower!

I think this is a Douglas squirrel.

Here's a sparrow just before flight.
