Merry Christmas! I hope everyone had a wonderful day!

I found a dandelion today! I don't think I have ever see an dandelion in December before!

I thought these staples had in an interesting texture.

I also found a sad pole..... so I put a Santa hat on it :)

We are hanging out with our friends dog while they are visiting their families. We took her on a nice walk today as a Christmas present.

We watched the sun set over Seattle on our walk.

I love the golden light of sunset. Sometimes I forget it exists, it being so cloudy here....

It is Christmas eve.... I am not sure what that means to me this year. I don't get any extra time off this year, Wednesday is my usual day off.... I guess we will see what tomorrow brings :)

I attempted to make an origami Christmas Tree.... I couldn't figure it out.....

But Joel did!

He is so smart!

Now, Poke and I will go to sleep so we can see what Santa brings us!

My Christmas spirit is a bit low this year. I think I may be because we celebrated with my family in November and now it is just Joel and me..... or I could be the Grinch..... I am not sure.....

Nice people have brought chocolates to the clinic!

I decided to get a make over today! This post is all about me.

I got my eyebrows threaded today. It was pretty strange. It also hurt....a lot.... but only while it was happening, now my skin isn't tender at all.

My eyebrows are so crazy, I like them, but sometimes I like them to look a little elegant too.... I am also wearing some awesome lashes today! (I didn't take any photos of getting my makeup and lashes done....)

After my eyebrows I got my hair cut!

Finally here is an AWESOME cookie that my "sister-in-law" made us!

I have walked by this house every time I walk to work and home from work.... I noticed today that it has solar panels on its roof. I guess that will teach me to look only for the small things!

I also found a small amount of snow that hadn't melted yet!

Inky was pretty skeptical of the singing snowpeople.....

If you didn't already know, it snowed in Seattle today! Unfortunately, the snow is gone now, replaced by rain. I got out and about before the rain! In fact, it was still snowing when I left the house this morning!

(I guess mailboxes were a thing today.....)

I got caught taking photos of this tree. The nice man waved to me from his window and then came outside to have a nice chat!

I really like this insulator. I guess it reminds me of my dad. He likes insulators, we had a gazillion of them at the house when I was growing up.

The parking lot a work was pretty empty except for all the crow tracks! Those crazy crows I think they might have been dancing!

Today was a good snow day. It would have been better if I didn't have to work but, It was fun to see it. I am glad it is gone.

I wasn't sure today was going to be a good day.... I woke up and there was no power in my apartment. It went out partially last night, Joel told me so when he got home at 1 am.

But these guys were working hard to fix it!

The day did get better! It was cold, don't get me wrong, but this was the sunrise!

I know I am not supposed to have favorites... but one of my favorite patients came in today to have his teeth cleaned. (His photo is used with permission of his owner) Carlo's tongue always sicks out! He is so adorable!

Joel and I went to WildLights at the Woodland Park Zoo.

We met up with Lauren and had a grand time taking photos!

I even took out my 50D.......

I even used the tripod!
