It didn't take nearly as long as I thought either! They said it would take over a month to get it back, it only took 20 days!
This is the bit that was causing all the problems. It is the Dust Shield.
They think it just wore out.
I also brought home a terrible cold. So that is all from me tonight. I have a fever of 100 degrees......
